All consumer orders ship within 2 business days. Orders in the continental U.S. ship via FedEx ground for a flat rate of $9.95. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship by US Post. We do not operate shipping as a profit center so your shipping cost may show on your invoice as less then $9.95 but will never exceed $9.95.

 

You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. Upon shipment of your order you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have trouble tracking your package, please contact us at 612-486-6968 or via email at orders@jasperandblack.com.

 

American Express, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted for payment on our secure website. We do not accept cash, checks, COD, or money orders. Sales tax is collected for shipments delivered within Minnesota.

 

Please return your item to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs. Please contact us at orders@jasperandblack.com so we may ensure the proper credit of your return via a return authorization.
