Shipping
All consumer in-stock orders ship next business day after order placement excluding out of stock inventory and company holidays. Consumer orders in the continental U.S. ship via FedEx ground or US Post for a flat rate of $4.95.
FedEx shipping upgrades to Next Day, 2 Day, and Express Saver (three days) are available. During the checkout process you will be offered the opportunity to select a shipping upgrade, with shipment upgrade pricing shown for each available option. The pricing is calculated based on shipment weight and destination zip code.
You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. Upon shipment of your order you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have trouble tracking your package, please contact us at 612-486-6968 or via email at orders@jasperandblack.com.
Payment
American Express, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted for payment on our secure website. We do not accept cash, checks, COD, or money orders. Sales tax is collected for shipments delivered within Minnesota.
Return Policy
Please return your item to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs. Please contact us at orders@jasperandblack.com so we may ensure the proper credit of your return via a return authorization.
